Cabin Pod Capital Project
Welcome to our Cabin Pod Capital Project.
With the increase of campers registering for camp, year-round ministry opportunities growing, and the obvious need for more bunks at camp - we launched a capital project in September 2025 to build a Cabin Pod! This Pod will house three cabins under one roof; each cabin comprising of 2 washrooms, 5 bunk beds, and 2 queen beds! It will be winterized, have heat and A/C, and will be just a short walk away from our main facility.
Our project manager, Sheldon, has been hard at work this Fall and Winter at camp, keeping the Cabin Pod project on track, and now we have some exciting news! The original estimates and quotes for the project set the budget at $395,000; after a lot of careful management of contractors and costs, we are excited to share that the budget is now $290,000! This still includes all the elements of the project, and will still provide quality accommodations for our campers, mission team, and guest groups.

We have received so many generous donations as people see this need and have chosen to contribute to this project. The total cost for the project covers construction, contractors, supplies, and all the things needed to use the Pod (mattresses, beds + bunks, lamps, shelves, etc). All the work is progressing on schedule and, as long as we have the funds to complete the project, we can have it ready for this coming summer season.
To date, we have received $259,500, with a need to raise $30,500 to complete and occupy the Cabin Pod. We cannot do this alone - and you can join the project with us!
